Dockside Bistro & Wine Bar made its debut on May 12th, 2007. Open for lunch, appetizers and dinner Tuesday through Saturday and Sunday dinner, Dockside Bistro focuses on pairings of fine wine and fine food in an intimate and warm waterfront setting. We are particularly pleased to offer Painted Hills  organic beef on our menus. In addition, our seafood is wild caught from sustainable fisheries or culled from local shellfish producers on Eld and Totten Inlets. With daily lunch and dinner specials and promotional events such as $1.00 Cork Night, Complementary Cheese Plates, and selected bottles of fine wine from $20.00 (please see our Events Page under 'Ongoing'), Dockside strives to provide an informal and quality dining experience whether you are dropping by for appetizers and a glass of wine or for a full lunch or dinner.

Please check out our  LUNCH  and DINNER menus. These menus reflect not only the changing season but also the sensibilities of owner Laurie Nguyen, who has taken over as chef of Dockside Bistro (although she eschews the title of 'Chef' and refers to herself as "A cook with passion"). With Laurie's ascendancy, you'll note more European influence and a slightly greater emphasis on appetizers and small plates. We are pleased to be including rotating appetizers such as NW Elk Ribeye Carpaccio, Duck Terrine with Cognac and Seared Artisan Foie Gras on a Diver Scallop.

Perhaps the biggest news in the new year is that we will be expanding in January 2012. Dockside will be taking over the space previously occupied by Walker Insurance on Percival Landing. Our expansion will entail moving the entrance off the dock to diagonally facing Columbia, much improved signage facing the street, a lounge area off the entry way, and a banquet room. We will also be picking up an all-important second bathroom. We are VERY excited about the expansion. As a result Dockside will be closed for a few days in late January/early February for completion of the remodel. Please check back with us about our progress and closure dates.
