Our Culinary Philosophy

To use as many locally-sourced ingredients as possible including locally collected mushrooms, Misty Isle All-Natural Beef, Painted Hills All-Natural Beef, Taylor Shellfish, Nicky Farms products, and products from vendors at our local farmers market. We also use sustainably harvested seafood and Food Alliance Certified Produce. We are always striving to forge new relationships with local ranchers, foragers and farmers.

We encourage local producers to contact us with any goods they carry so that we can continue the strengthening of our community’s food culture. We are excited about our continuing development of locally-sourced sustainable food and hope you are too.

To Our Cherished Patrons and Customers:

After Chef Laurie took a brief  (but needed) vacation, we are pleased to announce that Dockside Bistro will be resuming carry-out and delivery service on Tuesday, April 21st.

Dockside is offering home-cooked comfort food which will be available for pickup-up or delivery.* Our hours of operation are Tuesday through Saturday from 12:00 to 6:00 pm. Orders may be placed by calling us at 360.956.1928 during operating hours, texting Chef Laurie directly at 360.584.4226 (anytime), or by e-mailing us at docksidebistro@msn.com. Ordering in advance with the desired pick-up or delivery time is highly recommended!!!!
