Owner & Executive Chef Laurie Nguyen would like to personally invite you to experience her Northwest fusion cuisine featuring elements of Europe and Southeast Asia. We’re located in downtown Olympia on the boardwalk at 501 Columbia St. NW and open Tuesday – Saturday, Lunch from 12pm – 3pm and for Dinner 5 pm – Close.

Our Culinary Philosophy
To use as many locally-sourced ingredients as possible including locally collected mushrooms, Misty Isle All-Natural Beef, Painted Hills All-Natural Beef, Taylor Shellfish, Nicky Farms products, and products from vendors at our local farmers market. We also use sustainably harvested seafood and Food Alliance Certified Produce. We are always striving to forge new relationships with local ranchers, foragers and farmers.
We encourage local producers to contact us with any goods they carry so that we can continue the strengthening of our community’s food culture. We are excited about our continuing development of locally-sourced sustainable food and hope you are too.
